Overview
eSUDOKU is designed to work without a user account and without directly collecting personal data through servers operated by the developer. Game progress, statistics, settings, and purchase status remain on the device or within the Apple systems used by the App Store.
Data used by the app
The app may locally save information such as the current level, stars, game statistics, gameplay preferences, visual settings, and Pro unlock status. This data is used solely to provide the gameplay experience.
Purchases and restoration
The Pro unlock is a non-consumable purchase processed by Apple through StoreKit. eSUDOKU does not receive or store payment card details, billing addresses, or Apple Account credentials. Purchase validation and restoration take place through Apple’s systems.
Analytics, diagnostics, and the App Store
The developer may receive aggregate information provided by Apple, such as sales, installation, crash, and diagnostic metrics, when the user allows this sharing in system settings. This data is aggregated or technical and is used to improve stability and quality.
Children
eSUDOKU does not require registration or offer chat, content publishing, or the direct submission of personal data. Even so, parents and guardians should supervise purchases and configure App Store parental controls when needed.
Sharing with third parties
eSUDOKU does not sell personal data. Data related to purchases, distribution, crash reports, and app availability may be processed by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.
Security
The app avoids collecting unnecessary personal data. Locally stored information relies on the security mechanisms of the device, operating system, and the user’s Apple Account.
